Webshop
From Barely Working to Fully Integrated
The original webshop was clunky, outdated, and completely disconnected from inventory… so much so, no one would’ve noticed if it disappeared.
The new webshop is a different story.
Now fully integrated, it serves as both an e-commerce platform and a digital showroom – letting customers browse, sample, and shop in one seamless experience.
Most customers begin their journey online with sample orders (tiles, paint testers, etc.) and then visit the physical store when they’re ready to make larger purchases.
Marketing
Locked into a 5-Year contract with a underperforming marketing agency… yeah, thats not great.
Being tied to an underperforming agency for five years is never a great setup. Working closely with Dorthe from Helsingør Flisecenter, we were able to terminate the contract, after proving that the agency had failed to deliver on what was promised.
Meta Ads
Targeted campaigns promoted tile samples shipped to customers, making it easier to explore colours and combinations at home. This helped shift tiles (normally an in-store purchase) into a successful online product journey from sample to full order.
Google Ads
Targeted Google Ads have boosted visibility among local customers, professionals, and buyers across Denmark, enabling successful nationwide campaigns.
SEO strategy
Guides, blog posts, and articles were created to boost visibility across both core products and secondary items, while also improving the user experience. A clear example of how strong SEO can reach far beyond the obvious.
E-mail marketing
Used to share news, new products, and practical inspiration; targeting both private customers and professional tradespeople.
We’ve helped establish Helsingør Flisecenter as a trusted destination in Nordsjælland (North Zealand), showcasing the showroom and product range to stay top of mind locally.
Today, the brand’s reach extends far beyond the region, with campaigns running successfully at a national level.

ERP Integration
Shopify Meets Kompas4
To bridge the gap between modern e-commerce and legacy operations, we built a custom integration between Shopify and Kompas4, the client’s existing accounting and inventory system… and lets just say the data structure its a little bit outdated.
We needed control over the data
So we created a custom Laravel Nova middleware allows:

Automatic validation for data quality
Self-healing sync to prevent breakdowns
Despite the age and limitations of the ERP system, the client now enjoys a smooth, modern workflow without having to replace core business systems for now.
No doubt our development team wants to replace Kompas4 with a more modern accounting system in the future.

We also pulled the plug on the VPN, because all the work is on-site and in the browser anyways, the benefit of working with a VPN is close to zero.
This new infrastructure ensures reliability and peace of mind, at a fraction of the original cost.
Kinda crazy, the yearly bill went from ≈ 500k to just ≈ 10k yearly with a way better product.
