Bringing a household name’s brand, shop, and strategy into sync

For one of Denmark’s biggest music acts, we built a unified brand platform, optimised Shopify, and created a marketing setup that works across merch, music, and more.

The challenge

Their website lumped everyone together: private customers, businesses, and emergency services all landed in the same place, saw the same content, and got the same message.

It confused users, diluted trust, and cost them sales.

On top of that, their webshop had never worked properly. And key locations, (especially their Frederikshavn branch, which handles service and repairs) were almost invisible online.

Each got its own voice, visuals, and customer journey; because the way you speak to a yacht owner is not how you speak to a fire chief.

A webshop that actually makes sense

One of the first big questions was: Should Uni-safe even have a webshop?We said yes – but not the classic kind.

Instead, we built a hybrid: part online store, part digital showroom. Customers can now order cleaning supplies, life jackets, and spare parts – or book a personal visit to the showroom.

It’s designed to support sales, not replace them.

Shining a light on service

Frederikshavn is Uni-safe’s beating heart when it comes to maintenance and safety gear servicing.

We designed a custom request form that captures all the right information from the start – making life easier for both the customer and the team.

A brand film with impact

We wrote, shot, and produced a full brand film – including a simulated sea rescue filmed in a swimming pool. It’s bold, emotional, and unmistakably Uni-safe. The goal wasn’t just to inform. It was to make people feel what’s at stake.
