Lead handling, invoicing, service management, and customer communication all relied on time-consuming, error-prone processes. This slowed growth and created friction for both staff and customers.
A website built for growth
We started at the front door. A brand-new website, designed to convert and built with proper tracking, now acts as the digital hub for the business. Every lead flows straight into the backend, where it’s automatically processed, tracked, and ready for follow-up. No spreadsheets. No “did anyone reply to this one?” moments.
Marketing that works
Once the foundations were in place, we turned to growth. We rebuilt campaigns from the ground up, with tailored designs and made sure every click had a plan.
With full tracking and reporting, we cut wasted spend and doubled down on what delivered. Thanks to the backend automations, leads from ads are followed up instantly, giving the business a huge edge in response times.
Automation everywhere
We replaced slow, manual workflows with automated processes that just happen. Trade offers are generated in seconds with token-protected links.
Invoices are created automatically in Dinero as soon as work is marked complete in Previsto. Pricing adjusts automatically for square meters, service packages, tax, and season; no manual maths required.
Customer and team tools
Customers can now log into a self-service portal to update addresses, choose payment types, and view their services. The field team works in Previsto, but everything is tied together.
Once a job is done, the invoicing triggers without anyone touching a button. Email, SMS, and billing updates all come from one centralised system.
Data and insight
Behind the scenes, we built a central customer database synced with every system. Custom dashboards give management a live view of performance, and Laravel Nova has been extended with bespoke tools for lead handling, bulk actions, and everything else their workflows demand.
The result?
Nordsjællands Plænepleje went from running the business by hand to running it on a platform built for scale.
