Forsyning Helsingør plays a central role in local life; managing everything from heating to waste, water and electricity.
Our collaboration has spanned multiple initiatives across departments, with a shared goal: clearer communication, stronger community engagement, and modern visual tools.

Insight made accessible
We helped produce a series of explainer videos covering practical topics like how fjernvarme (district heating) is installed and how waste sorting works, making it easier for residents to understand and appreciate complex systems.
For Kulturnatten, a local city-wide occasion celebrating the region’s culture, we co-organised a mini-event giving citizens a behind-the-scenes look at how Forsyning Helsingør keeps the city running.
Attracting new talent
To support recruitment across departments, we produced a cross-functional video campaign showcasing real employees and work environments, designed to reflect the organisation’s values and attract both skilled specialists and younger applicants.
Strategic alignment
We also designed the 2025 strategy guide; visually translating long-term goals and values into a clear, accessible format that can be used internally and externally.
Kronborg El
Rebranding a local energy provider for the future
As Forsyning Helsingør’s electricity division evolved, it needed its own brand; distinct, independent, and future-ready.
Community-first visibility
We created ad campaigns that highlighted Kronborg El’s support of local initiatives—from football teams to Nordsjælland Håndbold—strengthening its role as a visible, socially responsible brand.
CSR and brand strategy
We also helped shape Kronborg El’s CSR approach—advising on which community projects to support, and how that engagement could reinforce the brand’s identity and values.
Digital campaigns and targeting
The rebrand was supported by organic and paid SoMe content, targeted Google Ads (geo-limited to eligible areas), and multiple sales campaigns aimed at increasing conversions and awareness.
Standing on its own
While Kronborg El remains part of the Forsyning family, the new identity its made to stand apart. We worked to ensure that the brand could thrive independently; visually, strategically and commercially.
