Turn business data into action
When your AI understands how your business works and has access to real-time data, it can uncover opportunities and actionable insights humans simply miss.
“Why are sales flat at our second location even though foot traffic is up?”
GENERIC AI SERVICE
OFF-THE-SHELF
Flat sales despite higher footfall could come from lower average ticket, slower service, staff inexperience, menu mismatch, pricing, queue abandonment, or the wrong promotional mix.
Useful as broad input… but it does not know what is actually happening.
Connected to your data
FINDING
Footfall at the second location is 19% higher year-on-year, but average basket size is down 14%. The drop is concentrated between 11:00 and 13:30, when 41% of customers buy only a drink, versus 22% at the original location. Service time during that window averages 6 minutes from order to handoff, and 28% of customers in queue leave before ordering food. The food prep station was moved behind the counter during the May refit.

“Why are our heat pump installations running over time on residential jobs?”
GENERIC AI SERVICE
OFF-THE-SHELF
Installation overruns can come from weather, supply chain delays, technician skill mix, scope creep, customer site conditions, permit timing, or weak scheduling.
Useful as broad input… but it does not know what is actually happening.
Connected to your data
FINDING
Average install time on residential heat pump jobs is 11.4 hours against a planned 8: a 42% overrun. The overrun is concentrated on jobs surveyed before April, where the cylinder size specified no longer matches the new model line introduced on 2 April. Technicians are reworking pipework on 38% of those jobs and pulling adapters from van stock that was not replenished. Two postcodes also show repeat permit-related delays averaging 90 minutes per visit.

“Why is performance down in the Nordics?”
GENERIC AI service
OFF-THE-SHELF
Performance differences can be caused by pricing, local competition, campaign execution, seasonality, stock availability, customer preferences, channel mix, or sales team focus.
Useful as broad input… but it does not know what is actually happening.
Connected to your data
FINDING
The category is 14% below forecast across the Nordics, but the issue is not consistent across all markets. Denmark is close to target. Sweden and Norway account for most of the gap. In both markets, campaign launch was delayed by one week, sales enablement material was opened by fewer than 35% of reps, and two priority SKUs had limited availability during the first campaign period.

“Why do customers abandon their basket before checkout?”
GENERIC AI service
OFF-THE-SHELF
It could be due to shipping costs, lack of trust, a complicated checkout, unclear return policies, slow site speed, missing payment options, or weak product information.
Useful as broad input… but it does not know what is actually happening.
Connected to your data
FINDING
Basket abandonment is 22% higher than usual. The increase is concentrated on orders containing fragile products over 8 kg. These customers reach checkout, see a higher delivery fee, then leave. Support messages from the same period mention uncertainty about delivery handling and breakage.

“Why are housing support enquiry response times increasing?”
GENERIC AI service
OFF-THE-SHELF
Delays can be caused by high enquiry volume, limited staffing, unclear application requirements, seasonal demand, complex cases, or inefficient internal processes.
Useful as broad input… but it does not know what is actually happening.
Connected to your data
FINDING
Response times are 27% higher than the monthly average. The increase is mainly linked to housing support applications missing income documentation. These cases require manual follow-up and currently account for 41% of delayed enquiries. The delay started after the updated application form went live on 3 May.
